Supervision

Supervision is an essential tool for psychotherapists to foster their professional development and ensure the ongoing quality of their work. In regular supervision sessions, therapists have the opportunity to reflect on their practice, discuss challenging cases, and gain new perspectives. Supervision not only supports personal growth, but also helps process emotional strain. It is a key component of therapeutic self-care.

Please note that at present, supervision with me cannot be credited toward psychotherapy training programs in Austria. If you are interested, I would be happy to provide further information.
