Teaching
In addition to my work in private psychotherapeutic practice and psychotherapy research, I offer seminars, training therapy, and supervision for individuals in psychotherapeutic training and continuing education, as well as for professionals in clinical and related fields. Sharing my knowledge and practical experience is something I find deeply fulfilling. It brings me joy to support people on their personal and professional development journeys.
In my seminars, I place great importance on combining well-founded theoretical concepts with practical application, enabling participants to authentically embody the principles of person-centered experiential therapy. I see training therapy as a central space in which future therapists can develop congruence, and deepen their empathy and unconditional positive regard for others. Supervision, in turn, provides an essential foundation for ongoing professional reflection and the continuous improvement of one’s therapeutic practice. Each of these areas plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality, practice-oriented training and professional development.
